Introduction
Our Wind Monitor is used as a stand-alone device when data logging is not needed. The easy-to-use interface includes a bright backlit LCD screen, which displays current wind speed and the maximum gust speed registered during the previous 60 seconds. A simple menu-driven interface using the LCD and three front panel buttons makes setup easy. User setup options include unit of measurement, sensor type and gust speed and wind speed for buzzer. Used with our pivoting mount, the Wind Monitor supports heated ice free or normal wind sensors.
