Mounting boom for anemometer or wind vane. Offsets sensor 60.5 in (5 ft) from tower, mast, or other structure. Made from stainless steel with one aluminum crimped connection. Suitable for marine and other harsh environments. Typically mount with hose clamps, which are not included.
Half clamp for 1/2" tubing

Universal Booms / Brackets, 12.7mm (0.5in) pipe
These components are used to mount wind sensors with 12.7mm (0.5in) threaded pipe components. 12.7mm (0.5in) threaded pipe is commonly refered to as 12.7mm (0.5in) schedule 40 pipe, 12.7mm (0.5in) schedule 80 pipe or 12.7mm (0.5in) rigid conduit. We use it for mechanically attaching anemometers and wind vanes to a variety of booms and other structures. It is the primary method of attaching wind sensors to our heavy duty 50.8mm (2in) booms, listed below.

Tower-Specific Boom Mounting Kits, Heavy Duty
These kits are the parts needed to attached a heavy duty boom and wind sensors to specific types of towers. They include everything that bolts to the tower up to the point of the actual 50.8mm (2in) square boom.
Boom mounting kit, Rohn 45G Tower

Boom mounting kit for Rohn 45G Tower and customer-supplied 2" square boom. Includes boom mounting bracket, four round tower u-bolts and three square boom u-bolts. Does not include boom or sensor mounting brackets. Bracket is powder coated or galvanized. Tower u-bolts are galvanized, square boom u-bolts are zinc plated (stainless steel available at additional charge). Additional hardware is galvanized.
Boom mounting bracket can also accommodate 1/2" to 1" schedule 40 pipe. For this use, the customer supplies appropriate u-bolts or they can be substituted on request at time of order.
