Highly recommend for use in locations with lightning potential, It protects the anemometer and other signal lines going into the data logger. In addition to providing essential ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) protection, it also provides a convenient method for connecting sensors to the data logger.

The enclosure comes with mounting clips for hose clamping to a pole or tower strut. Can also be mounted directly to a wall or other flat surface. Ground bolt provided for grounding.

Junction box comes with mounting clips for hose clamping to a pole or tower strut. Standard junction box mounting can be used as well. Typically comes with two watertight cable glands installed, but can be customized upon request. Ground bolt also provided.
